Lumenvesta sells to the trade: boutiques, regional chains, wedding and event professionals, florists, and interior designers. We don't retail. If you buy for a business, this page is the short version of everything you need.

What trade accounts get

  • Published prices, three tiers — 20–99 / 100–299 / 300+ pieces, printed on every product page and on the line sheet. No quote theater for standard designs.
  • Suggested retail with the math done — every design shows its margin at a typical 2.2× boutique keystone, so you can evaluate a buy in seconds.
  • A photo and video library you can use — every design ships with studio and styled photography plus workshop video, free to use in your store, site, and social. Ask and we send the files.
  • First look at new designs — trade contacts see new collections before they go on the site. Christmas 2026 previews land in July.
  • Samples that don't cost you — $30 per design, credited back in full on your bulk order. Online checkout with Shopify and PayPal buyer protection.
  • Reorders in 5 working days — for any previously approved design. Chase sell-through without holding dead stock.
  • 2% spares in every shipment — real production pieces for transit damage, not seconds.
  • Co-creation without a fee — your colorway, your scale, your materials. Quoted in 48 hours, sampled in 5–7 working days, with three-year regional exclusivity on commissioned designs.

How to open an account

Email sales@lumenvesta.com with:

1. Your business name and type — boutique, chain, wedding/event, florist, or design studio 2. Ship-to city and country 3. For US buyers: resale certificate or tax ID (keeps your order tax-exempt and tells us you're trade) 4. What caught your eye — a design, a quantity, or just the line sheet

First reply within 24 hours on business days. Written quote within 48. If your idea is on the list of things we don't do, we'll say so up front.

Terms, in one paragraph

Prices are USD, FOB Huizhou — freight quoted separately with your PI (ocean 30–45 days door-to-door, express air 5–7 days at +30%). First orders: 30% deposit on PI, 70% before shipment; net terms available to qualified accounts after the second order. AQL 2.5 inspection on every batch, video-recorded before packing. Tolerances are published with written remedies on our promise. Christmas 2026 cut-off: August 31.
