Yes — that's the standard path. 5–7 working days, $25 per design, credited back in full when you place a bulk order with the matching design. Samples check out online with Shopify and PayPal buyer protection. Rush sampling in 3 working days carries a 50% rush fee.

No — and we keep it that way on purpose. Product prices are FOB Huizhou; samples ship by international courier at actual cost (typically $20–40), billed after dispatch. Bulk freight is quoted with your PI: ocean 30–45 days door-to-door, express air 5–7 days at +30%. Folding freight into the product price would just hide it — we'd rather you see both numbers.

Default samples use PE plastic petals, 30D woven polyester leaves, a steel wire frame, and woven fabric appliqué accents. These are sample defaults, not locked specs. The full material file is on the materials page.

Yes, if you order by August 31 — our cut-off for guaranteed November delivery via standard ocean freight. After August 15, responses prioritize confirmed bookings.

First orders: 30% deposit on PI signing, 70% before shipment. We don't accept full payment upfront from new buyers. Net 30/60 terms become available after the second successful order.
