Returns and refunds

Updated October 29, 2026. The 14-day change-of-mind window below applies to orders placed after this update is published. Orders placed earlier retain the return terms offered at purchase, including any longer return window. Mandatory consumer rights always apply.

Change-of-mind returns: notify us within 14 days

If you change your mind, email sales@lumenvesta.com with your order number within 14 calendar days after delivery. The period starts on the day after you receive the item. Send the item back within 14 days after notifying us. We will provide return instructions and confirm the destination and applicable shipping arrangements. Do not send a parcel to our registered business address without confirmation.

Condition of returned items

For our voluntary change-of-mind policy, the wreath must be unused, complete and in its original condition, with its packaging and proof of purchase. Decorating for an event or season and then returning the wreath is not an unused return. This condition does not limit statutory cancellation rights, including the right to inspect goods as reasonably necessary.

Where statutory withdrawal rights apply, handling beyond what is necessary to establish the item's nature, characteristics and functioning may result in a deduction for actual loss in value, only where permitted by law. We assess the condition and explain any lawful deduction; we do not impose an automatic seasonal-use penalty. Please retain the packaging and pack the wreath securely, but missing packaging does not by itself remove mandatory consumer rights.

Damaged, defective, incorrect or misdescribed items

Contact us promptly with your order number and, where possible, photos of the issue. We will assess it and arrange the appropriate remedy. The 14-day change-of-mind window does not cut off your statutory rights for faulty, incorrect or misdescribed goods. Do not arrange an unapproved international return before contacting us.

EU and UK cancellation rights

Where EU or UK distance-selling cancellation rights apply, you may notify us of cancellation within 14 days after receiving the goods, without giving a reason, and have a further 14 days to send them back. Reasonable inspection is allowed. We will refund payments due under applicable law, including the basic outbound delivery charge where required. Any lawful deduction for diminished value is subject to the conditions above. A seasonal design is not, by itself, an exception to these rights.

Refunds

Approved refunds are made to the original payment method. For EU or UK statutory cancellations, we will refund without undue delay and within the applicable 14-day period after cancellation; where permitted, we may withhold reimbursement until we receive the goods or evidence that you have sent them back, whichever is earlier. For other approved returns, we normally issue the refund within 10 business days after inspection, subject to any shorter legal deadline. Your payment provider may take additional time to display the credit.

Other rights and earlier orders

Longer periods or additional remedies required by applicable law take priority over this policy. Earlier orders keep the terms offered when purchased. Our artificial wreaths are not fresh flowers or perishable plants. Please contact sales@lumenvesta.com for return assistance.
