Shipping policy

Where orders ship from. Lumenvesta wreaths are prepared and packed in Huizhou, Guangdong, China.

Processing. Please allow 3 business days for order preparation before dispatch. Tracking will be provided after the parcel is handed to the carrier.

United States delivery. Standard tracked delivery is free. Estimated arrival is approximately 15 calendar days from the date of your order, including preparation time. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed delivery date; carrier or customs delays may extend it. We select the shipping service for each shipment and do not promise a specific carrier.

Taxes and duties. For United States orders, the advertised product price includes applicable taxes and import duties. If a carrier requests an additional import payment, contact us before paying so we can resolve it.

Other destinations. Availability, delivery charges and estimated times must be confirmed before ordering. The United States delivery terms do not automatically apply to other countries.

Address changes. Contact sales@lumenvesta.com as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee changes after dispatch.

Damage or loss. If an order arrives damaged, incorrect, or does not arrive, email us with your order number and photos where applicable. We will investigate with the carrier and provide the appropriate replacement or refund.
