Shipping policy

Where orders ship from. Lumenvesta wreaths are prepared and packed at our workshop in Huizhou, Guangdong, China. We do not currently claim US warehouse stock.

Processing. Retail orders are prepared to order and normally dispatch within 5-10 business days. You will receive tracking after the carrier accepts the parcel.

United States delivery. Tracked international delivery is $29 per order during our launch period. Estimated transit is 7-15 business days after dispatch. Carrier or customs delays can extend this estimate.

Duties and taxes. Product prices and shipping charges do not include import duties or taxes unless checkout expressly says they are included. The recipient is responsible for charges assessed by the destination authority.

Address changes. Contact sales@lumenvesta.com as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee changes after dispatch.

Damage or loss. If an order arrives damaged, incorrect, or does not arrive, email us with your order number and photos where applicable. We will investigate with the carrier and provide the appropriate replacement or refund.
