What we don't do

We say what we make. It's just as important to say what we don't make.

This page exists because most factories say yes to everything and figure it out later. We don't. The list below is shorter than what we *can* do, but it tells you more about us.

We don't make dried flower wreaths

Dried botanicals are fragile in transit, governed by phytosanitary inspections at most destinations, and our volumes don't justify the lead-time uncertainty. If you need dried, we'll point you to suppliers who specialize.

We don't make real-touch latex wreaths

Real-touch TPE or PU-coated petals look convincing in product photos. They also damage in long-haul shipping at rates we cannot honor under our quality commitments. Boutique buyers expect what they paid for; we cannot deliver it consistently.

We don't take orders above 5,000 pieces per design

Our monthly capacity is 8,000–20,000 units across all orders. A single 5,000-piece order would crowd out every other buyer for the month. We're not the right partner for mass-volume programs.

We don't take "ship in seven days" orders for new designs

A new design needs sampling, approval, and a real production run. The shortest honest lead time for a 100-piece order of a brand-new design is fourteen working days. We can do five days for an exact repeat of a previously approved design.

We don't make wreaths for children's products or anything that goes in a mouth

Children's regulations (CPSIA, lead-in-paint testing, small parts) are a separate domain. Our wreaths are decor, not toys.

We don't claim our products are "real" or "indistinguishable"

Our wreaths are plastic and fabric. They look beautiful from three feet — that's where wreaths are seen. Up close, they read as plastic. We don't market them as anything else, and we don't print "real touch" or "indistinguishable from natural" on packaging.

We don't accept full payment upfront from new buyers

Standard terms for first orders: 30% deposit on PI signing, 70% before shipment. Payment terms (Net 30 / 60) available after the second successful order. This protects you as much as it protects us.

We don't run flash sales or coupon codes

Our pricing is what it is. If we lowered it for one buyer, the next buyer paying the original price would be subsidizing the deal. Quoted price stands.

We don't subcontract production to factories we don't own

Every wreath is made in our Huizhou workshop. We've seen too many quality drops from supplier sites pretending to be the factory; we aren't going to be that supplier ourselves.

If you need something from this list, we respect that — we're just not the right partner for it. Tell us anyway; we may know who is.
